Lohagara Police Station attacked in Ctg

The protesters attacked Lohagara Police Station in Chattogram district tonight.
Witnesses said around 8:30pm, several hundred people entered the compound of the police station and vandalised and torched the vehicles there.
They also broke the windows of the building.
As the attackers tried to enter the police station, police fired blank shots to disperse them, said Sudipta Sarkar, additional superintendent of police in Chattogram.
He, however, could not confirm the gravity of the damage.
Earlier the protesters staged a demonstration at Lohagara upazila sadar and attacked the business establishments of AL leaders.
